Deputy Minister Neil of the peaceful world of Katar believes that Buck is the Roshan, a mythical, five-hundred-year old saviour who will free his people from the tyrannical grip of a warlord known as the Traybor. Neil convinces Buck to help defeat the dictator, and together with a band of Katarian warriors, they attempt to gain entry to the Traybor's fortress, in the hope of freeing the women the tyrant has kidnapped. However, they are betrayed by Deputy Minister Kelan, who warns the Traybor of their plans; as Buck and the others unwittingly enter the fortress, the Traybor prepares to use his deadly electrical powers to put an end to his enemies…
